Dear fellow 12k central govt officers, there was a gross injustice done to us by way of introducing PB4 with staring basic pay as 39400. By doing so the difference of Rs.2300 between two adjacent grade officers of pre-revised 12K and 14.3 basics has become a huge Rs.17000 in the revised pay and Rs.25000 in the revised gross salary.
to discuss this issue in detail and find a way out to reach administrative heads of the govt. we need to gather. hence this blog is initiated.
